Dear Friends and Family,
It has been a couple of weeks since I have written. I have been busy going here, there, and everywhere. I left Africa on July 3 to return to the States for vacation. I ended up leaving the country just in time. The next morning the soldier started acting up because they wanted money. The airport was closed for part of the week. It has calmed back down now.

I am enjoying being at home. I have been trying to visit friends and family. I also have to do shopping to get stuff to take back to Africa. Several people always send shopping lists with me.

I return to Africa on August 9. I'm not sure how many newsletters I will get out between now and then. Please continue to pray for the stability in the country. Also, pray for all the staff that will be traveling to ICA in the coming weeks and for the new staff as they are making preparations and leaving their families for the first time.
